By signing up and attending this class:

 1. I ACKNOWLEDGE, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of the Activity I participate in and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in the Activity. I further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation in the Activity.

 2. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that:\
    -The Activities I partake in involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death (“Risks”);\
    -These Risks may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the Activity, the condition in which the Activity takes place, or the negligence of the venue or instructor.\
    -There may be other risk and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation in the Activity.

 3. I acknowledge that I will abide by proper social conduct and not indulge in any behaviour deemed as anti-social by the instructor or hosting venue and that I will be asked to leave class immediately as a result of this leading to being banned from future occurrences of the classes with no reimbursement due. Anti-Social behaviour including but not limited to: physically or verbally aggressive behaviour toward the instructor or other students, racism, homophobia, transphobia, theft, ableism and behaviour deemed to be bullying/insulting.

 4. I acknowledge that the instructor has the right to refuse service to any student should they feel uncomfortable to teach them for any reason.

 5. I will respect the venue where the session is taking place and its relevant staff, members, patrons, managers, hirers etc. I will not conduct in behaviour that could be considered disruptive or anti-social to any of the above parties.

 6. I understand that any physical damage or amendments I make to the studio/venue hosting the session could incur in a physical cost set by the venue in question and agree to pay these sums directly or through the instructor within 30 days.

 7. I understand that prices are subject to change at any time and without warning and that classes may go up or down in price.

 8. I acknowledge that class footage may be taken by the instructor or the venue and am happy for my image to be released on all social media platforms unless otherwise requested.

 9. Any other footage taken by any student in the class is not the responsibility of the instructor.

10. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for whatever reason

11. I will not attend class under the influence of any alcohol, illegal substances/non-prescription drugs or medication which may prevent or inhibit my decision-making ability or ability to conduct the class safely.

12. I understand that my instructor nor any staff at the venue are not medically qualified to assess whether you are in a appropriate physical condition. If you have any doubts about your fitness or capability to exercise, we strongly reccommend you seek guidance and advice from a doctor prior to attending class.

13. I will acknoweldge and adhere to any safety information or relevant signage posted by the venue or instructor

14. I acknowledge that I am voluntary choosing to participate in intense physical exercise and agree to familiarize myself with what the classes involve before deciding whether I am fit to participate. I agree that I am to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated to you during the use of your session and release, indemnify and hold harmless the instructor and venue in question.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that:

- If I cancel after the 12 hours prior to class start time there will be no refund, reimbursement or reschedule due for any single or double class pass.

- For 4 class bundles these are for the following four sessions and that on this membership you will be automatically added to the registration of the following 4 classes after this. If you are unable to attend certain classes for any personal reasons or availability these are not eligible to any refund, reimbursement or rescheduling. Should a class be cancelled or rescheduled due to teacher/studio availability the credit will transfer over to the next class. If due to unforseen circumstances you are unable to attend ie. due to injury or immediate relocation, please contact the instructor directly in order to reach an amenable resolution.

- For the unlimited class pack on this membership you will be automatically added to the registration of the following 16 classes after this. If you are unable to attend certain classes for any personal reasons or availability these are not eligible to any refund, reimbursement or rescheduling. Should a class be cancelled or rescheduled due to teacher/studio availability the credit will transfer over to the next class. If due to unforseen circumstances you are unable to attend ie. due to injury or immediate relocation, please contact the instructor directly in order to reach an amenable resolution.

I hereby certify that I am a competent adult. This waiver of liability and assumption of Risk is effective immediately and is valid into perpetuity, including every occasion I participate in any activity attended. This waiver of liability and assumption of Risk cannot be revoked or modified by any other agreement, written, verbal or otherwise.

Currently all classes are centred around the Intermediate level at The Factory Fitness and Dance Centre in Islington, London.
